Abby Holan

Lead Instructor for Teacher Trainings
Abby holds a B.A. in Education with studies in Communication and Exercise Science. After 15 years as a VP in the financial industry, she left corporate America to pursue her passion for wellness and community impact. Combining leadership and strategic planning expertise, she founded Soul Project in 2021 to create a space where students explore yoga’s physical and energetic transformations. Abby’s teaching, begun in 2015, emphasizes clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and empowering knowledge, helping students feel grounded, connected, and inspired.
Abby leads a Yoga Alliance-approved 200HR training program, equipping participants with practical skills and confidence to share yoga’s benefits. Trained by Debi Grilo and Bali Yoga School, she is certified in Power, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Ashtanga yoga. Her leadership experience fuels her dedication to meaningful community programs and lasting change. Through self-care, compassion, and acceptance, Abby’s mission is to empower others to thrive both on and off the mat.

Angie Williams

Angie began her yoga journey seeking exercise but soon discovered the profound peace of silencing her inner voice. Born with a heart condition and experiencing anxiety from a stressful job, she found solace in meditation and daily kriya practice, transforming her mindset and building inner trust. This stillness sparked her passion for yoga’s healing aspects, inspiring her to share its benefits with others.
In February 2020, Angie completed her 200-hour teacher training at Revival on Marco Island, the studio where her yoga path began. She now teaches at Soul Project and has earned certifications in Kundalini, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Reiki Mastership.
Known for her warm, gentle teaching style, Angie encourages students to listen to their bodies and explore yoga’s transformative effects on both mind and body. Through her classes, she helps others experience the deep healing and balance yoga can bring to their lives.

Bella Holan
Bella Holan grew up in Ohio and moved to Florida in 2013 with her parents and little sister. After graduating from Lely High School in 2020, Bella became a licensed esthetician in 2022.
Seeking a creative outlet, she began assisting with social media for Soul Project, which ignited her passion for marketing and web design. This newfound interest gave her the courage to pursue an artistic career, and she is currently enrolled at Florida Gulf Coast University, studying Digital Media Design.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Bella enjoys staying active through workouts and sports, with a particular fondness for basketball. She also cherishes spending time with her friends and family. Bella's blend of technical skills, creativity, and enthusiasm continues to drive her forward as she navigates her career in digital media design.

Calvin Damer
E-RYT 500 AND YACEP
Calvin began his yoga practice in 1976. He completed his 200 hour teacher training with Amy Lucky at Yoga Loft in Naples, FL in March 2017 while simultaneously developing his Ashtanga yoga practice. This training was followed by a 10 day vipassana meditation session and workshops with Kino MacGregor, Fiona Stang, Sharath Jois and many others.
Calvin has completed specialized training in yin yoga with Jo Phee, advanced yin training focused on fascia & is a member of the Fascia Research Society. 100 hours of yoga nidra training with the Amrit Yoga Institute. Transcendental Meditation, 300 hour advanced teacher training with the Himalayan Yoga Academy and over 100 hours of integral anatomy with Gil Hedley. He is a certified member of Yoga Alliance with E-RYT 500 and YACEP credentials, and has taught over 4200 hours of classes.

Claudia's yoga journey began in 2015 and led her to discover Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2018 during a transformative trip to Rishikesh, India, where she practiced under Sharath Jois and Eddie Stern. This experience ignited a deep passion that continues to inspire her practice and teaching.
In 2020, Claudia deepened her knowledge by completing Miami Life Center's 200-hour teacher certification program under Kino McGregor and Tim Feldman, marking the start of her journey as a yoga teacher. She now shares her love for
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic wellness with her students.
Claudia’s teaching focuses on cultivating physical strength, flexibility, and inner peace, while also fostering clarity of mind and an open heart. By integrating breathwork and meditation, she helps guide students toward balance and harmony both on and off the mat.

Jacquie Koon

Jacquie began her yoga journey after retiring from small business ownership, falling in love with yoga’s mindset and inclusivity. She completed her 200-hour YTT at Soul Project in Marco Island to deepen her practice and share her passion with others.
Jacquie believes the foundation of a great yoga experience lies in a relaxed body, a calm mind, and breath-powered movement.
Originally from the Midwest, Jacquie grew up as the eldest in a farming family. After graduating college, she spent 20 years in corporate leadership roles across the Northeast before moving to Marco Island in 2007. There, she and her husband, Curt, founded CJs on the Bay, becoming active members of the Marco community. They sold the business in 2022.
Now retired, Jacquie enjoys life on Marco Island, practicing yoga, and perfecting her golf game alongside her husband and soul mate, Curt.

Laura's journey into yoga began with a twist of fate when she mistakenly signed up for an advanced, hot Vinyasa Flow class. Little did she know, it would spark a passion that has been growing and evolving for over a decade.
After a remarkable 35-year career as a business executive with Fortune 100 companies, Laura decided to pivot her path and follow her heart. She earned her teaching certification, and now, she's dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga and its countless health benefits with others.
Originally hailing from the Northeast, Laura now calls the serene shores of Naples, Florida, home. Her story is a testament to the idea that it's never too late to start the beautiful journey of yoga. Join Laura as she guides you on a path of self-discovery and well-being.

Nancy is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT). Shebegan practicing Pilates in 2008 and is certified to teach the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrell, Arc and Mat classes.
Nancy and her husband, Colby, have been part time residents on Marco Island since 2010 and recently sold their home in Pittsburgh to live in Florida full time. In addition to exercise, Nancy enjoys cooking, playing mahjong, and travelling. Her experience and attention to detail provide a comprehensive workout for her clients.
Nancy enjoys participating in many activities including yoga, walking, weight training, golf and tennis. Nancy works full time in the investment management business and is available for training in the mornings, evenings and weekends. Her attention to detail and time management skills provide a comprehensive workout for her clients.

Sandra Carcaterro

Sandra began her yoga practice 20 years ago and holds a Master's in Exercise Science & Wellness with a focus on Nutrition. She is certified as an RYT 200, Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Health Coach, Functional Nutritionist, and Reiki Master.
She started her yoga teaching career in 2011 and brings a calming, meditative energy to every class. Sandra is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with all people, teaching a variety of yoga modalities. Her approach emphasizes wellness, mindfulness, and holistic health, creating an inclusive environment for students of all levels.

Tricia Bull

Tricia moved to Marco Island from Connecticut in early 2019. She has enjoyed yoga on and off since 1998 but really immersed herself in her yoga practice when she retired from full time work in early 2022. As an executive in the healthcare industry for 25 years, Tricia understands the importance of health and wellness and has personally seen the benefits of incorporating yoga into her life.
Tricia has a BS in Finance and International Business and an MBA in Management Information Systems both from Bentley University. Tricia owns a wellness-inspired vacation rental condo in Marco Island, La Bella Vita on Marco, where she caters to health and wellness-oriented travelers and offers private yoga training.
Tricia received her RYT 200 certificate from Soul Project Yoga and Wellness Studio in Marco Island. Her certification includes Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation.
