Abby Holan (Owner)
E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP
Abby has been an established leader within the Marco Island yoga community for the last 8 years. She was introduced to yoga in 2006 and was hooked once she experienced the transformational power of the practice.
Abby has a B.A. in Education, combined with extensive studies in Communication and Exercise Science. As life took her in a different direction than she initially expected, she became a VP in the financial industry, where, for 15 years, she focused on supporting, motivating and empowering others.
Abby's mission is to provide a safe space for students to explore not only the physical practice, but to also witness the energetic transformation that occurs through consistent practice. Abby's classes provide clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing and empowered knowledge so that students feel grounded, connected and inspired to continue their yoga practice off their mats.
Abby trained under Debi Grilo, founder of Practice Yoga in Naples, and completed her 300 hour YTT in Indonesia at Bali Yoga School. Her certifications include Power, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Ashtanga.
Laura began her yoga journey when she mistakenly signed up for an advanced, hot Vinyasa Flow class. Laura loves sharing yoga and it’s health benefits with others and believes it’s never too late to start learning to practice yoga.
Laura is originally from the Northeast and relocated to Naples several years ago.
Angie explored yoga as an exercise and meditation option but didn’t have her ‘ah-ha’ moment until she fell into a deep Savasana at Revival in 2016. She immediately wanted to learn more about this beautiful and healing practice and start to share it with others.
Angie completed her 200 hour teacher training at Revival on Marco Island in February 2020 and feels honored to be teaching here at Soul Project, where it all began for her. Angie views yoga as a wonderful workout for the body but more importantly healing for the mind. She has found daily meditation to be key in helping her whole self develop.
Angie’s classes provide a warm, gentle approach, where she encourages students to listen to their bodies while exploring the amazing benefits of yoga for the mind and body.
