Abby Holan (Owner)
E-RYT 200, YACEP
Abby has a B.A. in Education, combined with extensive studies in Communication and Exercise Science. As life took her in a different direction than she initially expected, she became a VP in the financial industry, where, for 15 years, she focused on supporting, motivating and empowering others.
Abby’s introduction to yoga came in 2006, as she began to explore ways of dealing with the stress of her corporate career. When she stepped onto her mat for the first time, she realized that this was a place of wellness, healing and connection to her soul.
Abby's commitment is to hold space for all who who enter the studio. Providing a safe place for all to embrace, accept, let go and flow.
Kelli is originally from Ohio. She moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2009 where she began her yoga practice. Kelli received her 200 RYT in 2017 with Sid McNairy/Nahi Warrior Flow.
She moved to Naples in October with her husband David and her youngest of three children, Brooke. She has been selling real estate since 2013 and will continue to sell real estate as a local agent.
Certified Barre, Level 2 Pilates, and Reformer
Elaine specializes in creating Pilates classes based on functional movement with the realization that not everyone's functional movement is the same. Best known for her energy and vitality, Elaine has worked with athletes as well as people with Multiple Sclerosis. Her classes are based on the same principles: have fun with it; breathe; and focus on core, balance, strength and stability.
Elaine is also certified in Barre, Level 2 pilates, Cadillac and trapeze tower certification on the Reformer.
Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher
Nancy is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT). She began practicing Pilates in 2008 and is certified to teach the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrell, Arc and Mat classes.
Nancy enjoys many activities, including yoga, walking, weight training, golf and tennis. Nancy works full time in the investment management business and is available for training in the mornings, evenings and weekends. Her attention to detail and time management skills provides a comprehensive workout for her clients.
Laura began her yoga journey when she mistakenly signed up for an advanced, hot Vinyasa Flow class. But she knew immediately that she’d discovered a new passion, one that she’s been strengthening and refining for over ten years. She earned her teaching certification after retiring from a 35 year career as a business executive with Fortune 100 companies. Laura loves sharing yoga and it’s health benefits with others and believes it’s never too late to start learning to practice yoga.
Laura is originally from the Northeast and relocated to Naples several years ago.
Tanya is a Cincinnati native, who recently moved to Marco Island in April 2021. She is a proud mother of 5 and has been a practicing yogi for over 10 years. She started teaching yoga after a dear friend approached and asked her to teach at her daughter's ballet company. She has taught multiple levels of yoga from absolute beginners to trained dancers and athletes.
Tanya is driven by her devotion to health and wellness through the practice of yoga. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Cincinnati and has studied nursing. She pursued her 200hr yoga certification rooted in Ashtanga from Its Yoga Cincinnati in 2016. She has comprehensive training in Asana technique, anatomy, meditation, philosophy and pranayama.

Reiki Practitioner, Level II
Nikki has been working professionally in the fitness and wellness industries for over 13 years. Nikki obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in 2007, with an emphasis on human mechanics and exercise prescription. Nikki maintains both her Personal Training and Group Fitness (AFAA) certifications, along with many others.
Her passion for yoga started in 2009 with a program called Cardio Yoga. She feels it's the perfect blend of functional fitness that is rooted in yoga while based on science. Nikki is a Master Trainer in Cardio Yoga and a Reiki Practitioner Level II. Originally from Arkansas, Nikki moved to Naples in August, 2020 and also coaches at Orangetheory.
Jonathan graduated with honors from Lely High School in 2020. He is currently seeking a career in photography and hopes that one day, his passion becomes his full time profession. He enjoys learning about different spiritual modalities and life lessons and plans to dive deeper into the teachings. Jonathan uses meditation, crystals, divination tools and implements them into different aspects of his life.
Angie explored yoga as an exercise and meditation option but didn’t have her ‘ah-ha’ moment until she fell into a deep Savasana at Revival in 2016. She immediately wanted to learn more about this beautiful and healing practice and start to share it with others.
Angie completed her 200 hour teacher training at Revival on Marco Island in February 2020 and feels honored to be teaching here at Soul Project, where it all began for her. Angie views yoga as a wonderful workout for the body but more importantly healing for the mind. She has found daily meditation to be key in helping her whole self develop.
Angie’s classes provide a warm, gentle approach, where she encourages students to listen to their bodies while exploring the amazing benefits of yoga for the mind and body.
E-RYT 200, YACEP
Calvin began his yoga practice in 1976. He completed his 200 hour teacher training with Amy Lucky at Yoga Loft in Naples, FL in March 2017 while simultaneously developing his Ashtanga yoga practice. This training was followed by a 10 day vipassana meditation session and workshops with Kino MacGregor, Fiona Stang, Sharath Jois and many others.
Calvin has completed specialized training in yin yoga with Jo Phee, advanced yin training focused on fascia & is a member of the Fascia Research Society. 100 hours of yoga nidra training with the Amrit Yoga Institute. Calvin is a certified member of Yoga Alliance with E-RYT 200 and YACEP credentials.
Level 2 Shamanic Reiki Practitioner
Tiffany loves to learn about all things, from humanities to mathematics, from the radical to the mundane.
In teaching and life, Tiffany uses both the action and metaphor of breath to create a practice filled with expansion and surrender. Tiffany uses the gift of her voice to create an experience both in and out of the classroom- its resonant sound deepens the presence of her students’ practice and its spirit helps people feel heard and cared for.
Tiffany has a B.A. in Political Science from UF, with additional studies in religion, sustainability and business. She obtained her RYT-200 certification in 2015 and continued her studies with Mastery of Asana (50 hour course), workshops in assisting, and a 3-day course in Yin Yoga from the Asheville Yoga Center. After achieving a Level 2 Shamanic Reiki Practitioner in January 2020, she has begun to shift her vision and work to help people on a deeper, more individual level and add to the introspective experience in the yoga classes she teaches.
